Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@wondersquad.co.uk.

We’ll do our best to accommodate requests made within 24 hours of purchase and before your order has been dispatched or entered production. Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Personalised and Made-to-Order Items

Because each personalised item is made specifically for you, we’re unable to cancel or amend these orders once production has begun.
This includes all items from our Squad Bowls range, such as The Slow Feeder, The Classic, and The Stainless, as well as any other customised or engraved products.

If you realise you’ve made a mistake in your personalisation details, please email us immediately — if your order hasn’t yet entered production, we’ll adjust it where possible.


Non-Personalised Items

For non-personalised items, you may cancel your order any time before it ships for a full refund.
If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our Returns & Refunds Policy to send it back after delivery.


Refused or Undeliverable Parcels

If an order is returned to us due to refusal of delivery, unpaid customs duties, or an incomplete/incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, shipping charges will not be refunded.
